Since there was a typo in MEDIAWIKI_TALK namespace i would like to correct from ಮೀಡೀಯಾವಿಕಿ to ಮೀಡಿಯಾವಿಕಿ, and to maintain uniformity in namespace names i would like to change ಚರ್ಚೆ to ಚರ್ಚೆಪುಟ. and add ಚರ್ಚೆ as namespace names
