Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Open Special:RecentChanges
• Notice "Active filters" has "New users"
• Click on "Filter changes"

What happens?:
One of the options is "Newcomers", under "User registration and experience", and "New users" is under "Type of change".

What should have happened instead?:
Without having to go through the list of filters, it is evident that "New users" is a type of log action. I suggest renaming it to "Account creations".

Other information:
It's also confusing that the description for "Logged actions" includes "account creations". Looks like this should have been removed with T321155.
