mw-wikilove-note has insufficient contrast

Description

Text with class mw-wikilove-note e.g. "(without a signature)" in the screenshot below has contrast ratio 4.35 with its background. 4.5 is required for WCAG level AA compliance. Together with the lighter weight font this makes it very hard to read.
