What is happening?:
Bot is replacing footnote body <ref group="p." name=":0">...</ref> with <ref group="p." name=":0" />, leaving page with ref consistency errors.

What should happen instead?:
Should not introduce errors, even in cases when the same identifier (:0) is used across different ref. groups (MW parser treats this situation correctly).
