What is happening?:
The bot archives YouTube links with Wayback Machine
What should happen instead?:
As mentioned in T292816 and T291588, Wayback Machine is hardly useful on YouTube because it doesn’t back up the video. The long term solution is to use Ghost Archive, part of which tracked in T318201; as a stopgap solution, let’s skip YouTube and Instagram until Ghost Archive is usable (at that time we should only use Ghost Archive for YouTube and Instagram).
