In order to achieve our annual plan commitments and our generat maintenance or essential work, we need to align how we work to the 50/25/25 structure outlined in our Q2 planning.
This means we will bring Dumps 2 work to a pause (or at most a trickle) and begin the process of onboarding team members across our projects and systems. For sprint 03 the first steps include successful completion of:
- AQS onboarding with one team member (Dan x Surbhi)
- Metrics Platform onboarding with one team member (Clare x Sam X Santi)
