Description

In the new vue.js NewPagesFeed it looks like we reverted a URL to an older non-functional version for the copyvios tool. Example below:

Right click -> copy link from copyvio button in newpagesfeed (old): https://copypatrol.toolforge.org/en?filter=all&filterPage=Jeff%20Fynn-Paul&drafts=0&revision=1180546267
Right click -> copy link from copyvio button in newpagesfeed (new - vue.js version): https://tools.wmflabs.org/copypatrol/en?filter=all&searchCriteria=page_exact&searchText=Jeff%20Fynn-Paul&drafts=0&revision=1180546267

We should go back and update that URL generation to give the correct URL.
