In T348224: Community configuration 2.0: Create proof of concept version of the extension, we created a proof of concept version of the future CommunityConfiguration extension. We should add initial support of on-wiki config store to the PoC CommunityConfiguration extension. This should consist of copying/transforming most of includes/Config from GrowthExperiments repository into the new CommunityConfiguration. Future improvements (in addition to moving the code) should be tracked separately.
