What happens?:
The link to the history, informing the last editor, has disappeared. Additionally, there is a duplication of the edit button in the sections.
What should have happened instead?:
The link should be there.

Seems to affect all browsers on mobile, but not in every wikis; strangely it works for me on English Wikipedia, but not in German, Finnish, Turkish and Polish Wikipedia, at least.
Something to do with the Flagged Revisions extension?
Okay, on English Wikipedia it affects only talk pages? On those other mentioned wikis article pages also.
@Ammarpad This is not exactly a duplicate of T350515: that task reported the bar disappearing on articles in FlaggedRevs wikis, while this one reported talk pages. This affects non-FlaggedRevs wikis as well, e.g. https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussion:United_States_(paquebot). It’s probably caused by the same Minerva change, but surfaced by different code.
