Description

Current situation

Wikibase Suite sets the unique identifier of entities like items and property to http://PUBLIC_HOSTNAME/path/to/entity.

Goal

  • find out which env var actually defines the PUBLIC_HOSTNAME
  • find out how to change the value for wikibase repo and blazegraph
  • decide whether http should be kept as the protocol in the URI or if we want to switch to https

I am sure I am missing knowledge here. @roti_WMDE @adee_wmde @lojo_wmde has this been addressed in the last revamp of the env variables for the new WBS Deploy? Is this ticket still relevant?
