Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:

Get message "Internal Server Error".

What should have happened instead?:

Should display the InteGraality page with the option to select items with or without the selected statement.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):

Chrome Version 119.0.6045.159 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10

Problem first detected on 11/16/2023 approx. 14:00 PST. It worked correctly the day before.

The error also occurs when selecting "manually update" from the top menu.

This was due to T326266: Remove the WMCS statsd/Graphite service: as the cloudmetrics0003 host was removed, and pystatsd has the interesting behaviour of crashing out if the statsd host is unavailable (https://github.com/jsocol/pystatsd/issues/130)

I ripped off the whole statsd instrumentation added back in T279236: Add timings/instrumentation
