Event Timeline

At a quick glance, all three repositories got forked from upstream, apparently by @ori who worked on the project to migrate from PHP to HHVM and had close collaboration with people at Facebook at the time.

I have found a single commit in the hhvm-dev repository under ori-dev branch: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/operations/software/hhvm-dev/+/3e97781e6c2e3b52c8647957909ec9308d09dfe6 which made it upstream https://github.com/facebook/hhvm/commit/32deb47357f0f33e27a715e8dfbf9f1ba29214d3

So I think we can delete the three forked repositories.
