UploadWizard interface messages, like MediaWiki:Mwe-upwiz-source-ownwork-purpose-option-personal-warning, perceive localised links as erroneous.
I suggest adding Special:MyLanguage/ to the original messages, so that there is no need for translator to edit links.

Adding this makes sense to me and seems like a potential good first task - not much programming to do here, but if a new dev wants to pick it up it'll teach you about our localisation system and give you a simple thing to practice with Gerrit, Phabricator, etc.
