UploadWizard interface messages, like MediaWiki:Mwe-upwiz-source-ownwork-purpose-option-personal-warning, perceive localised links as erroneous.

While "Publish" button is still available, the mere concept of the error is wrong as the links should be localisable.

I suggest adding Special:MyLanguage/ to the original messages, so that there is no need for translator to edit links.
