What is happening?:
I think InternetARchiveBot combined what it thought was a repeated reference definition ... but one definition was protected with <includeonly> and the other wasn't. The result of the edit left the article with undefined reference errors.

What should happen instead?:
The bot shouldn't cause new referencing errors.
