Feature summary

Create a special page at [[Special:WantedModules]] (similar to [[Special:WantedFiles]] and [[Special:WantedTemplates]]), that lists red links to the Module: namespace, including red links from Templates (in Template namespace) and red links from other Modules (in Module namespace).

Currently, red links from Template: namespace can be found by filtering [[Special:WantedPages]], but this ignores links from other modules. Maybe that is another bug.

Benefits

This enables third party wikis, who may copy Wikipedia templates and modules, to see what modules are missing from their installation, which will cause some modules not to work properly.
