For what is worth, I don't know what this is, never met it before. Some quick googling indicates that maybe some indexing was abruptly stopped and needs to be forced.

I reached out to Znuny to confirm if that is the correct action to take in this case.

Confirmed with Znuny that the solution is to run the following command:

bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Ticket::FulltextIndexRebuildWorker --force-pid
