Not sure which page this is referring to. The links on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Elastica seems to be up to date.

I'm closing for now, please re-open with more details if needed.

Gehel, i've written the name of the page on the title. It is MediaWiki:Elastica-desc.

I've meant the page in MediaWiki namespace, in the interface, not in the MediaWiki's website

Yes, but this page is part of MediaWiki interface, it can be found in all websites having the extension 'Elastica', for example here or there or on translatewiki https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translations&message=MediaWiki%3AElastica-desc
