T340546: [XL] Analysis of deletion requests on Commons highlighted that the most frequent reason for image deletions stems from freedom of panorama infringements.

The goal of this spike is to further drill down into such deletion requests and to eventually identify workable image types/classes that can be added to T352748: [SPIKE] Image classifier prototype.
