Not sure if this is a sign that permissions need changing, but if you want T354493: Install Adiutor extension on trwiki and T356378: Install Adiutor extension on azwiki (and the subtasks) to go through, you need to let CI do the checks and merge commits, you should not be C+2, V+2 and submitting them yourself.
