Some places of the Parsoid rendering (redlink titles, Kartographer coordinates) add internationalization placeholders instead of localizing the messages directly (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Specs/HTML/2.8.0#Internationalization). These placeholders must be transformed into localized text as a post-processing pass in core.
