Following T357534: Filter by message key in Special:Translate, its now possible to filter messages based on their key.

Filtering is now supported on the basis of:

1. Message key
2. Message definition
3. Message translation

But it's not immediately apparent to the users on what basis a message is displayed:

It might be a good idea to clarify on what basis the filtering is done.
