- File subtask for smoke tests and notify TSG with release candidate build number
- If needed: Update contributors list in project
- If needed: Update "Licenses" section (for any new third-party libraries, fonts, images, etc) in project
- Review Regression testing report, triage bugs, and identify any blockers
Day of submit
- If needed: Upload new screenshots to App Store Connect
- Translate "What's new" release notes via Google Translate, copy & paste into each App Store language
- Install previous (active) App Store version, then update to release candidate via TestFlight and verify app load
- Submit release candidate on App Store Connect for App Store review with automatic release disabled
Day of approval
- Release to App Store (NOT on a Friday!)
Post-release:
- Update release notes once released
