Hello admins,

I'm Ibrahim Elaidy, the Executive manager of Egypt Wikimedians User Group (a recognized user group by WMF affiliations committee since July 2014).
our user group has a mailing list (wikimediaeg-l@lists.wikimedia.org) years ago, but we don't know who are owners or moderators, maybe old colleagues who are no longer active.

So, I want to be "owner" for this list to manage it, the second request (if that possible): we want to change name form (wikimediaeg-l@lists.wikimedia.org) to (wikimedia-eg@lists.wikimedia.org) to be like other usergroups.

if that not possible; please create a new mailing list for our user group and keep the old as (general mailing list for Egyptian users ).
