Since the test framework was created it has not been updated with current usage and commands. This ticket proposes the need to update the documentation as regards

changes to service names
commands to run individual services
commands to run individual services with no summary of skipped tests
- Reference to to external documentation
- Reference to QA Env setup

I think we could add more specific instructions so that non-QA people can run these tests more easily.
