Steps to reproduce

Fresh install app
Enable push notifications from Settings
Relaunch app
Go back to push notifications in Settings and toggle off.

Expected results

App allows you to toggle off

Actual results

Error message appears says "Unable to Check for Echo Notification subscriptions", and toggle does not turn off.
