Phabricator gitlab panel is hard to read on narrow screens

Description

This is how I see T361964: Golang-based Cassandra clients do not perform TLS host verification on my vertical monitor:

The title is likely the most useful information on that panel, but that's split to multiple lines and still off screen requiring one to scroll to see it fully.

Meanwhile the Gerrit panel is much more useful, with the title first and on one line:
