Reasons For Request:
As the Engineering Manager for the Quality and Test Engineering team, I would like to regain access to security tasks in phabricator in order to:
- Ensure that the Quality and Test Engineering team is actively supporting ongoing security issues as well as putting in place necessary improvement to avoid future security issues.
- Support development teams in new feature development in which security reviews are required.
