The mark in the current namespace is the left single quotation mark. In the namespace I propose, the modifier letter turned comma. It is used to form the letters Oʻ and Gʻ in the Uzbek Wiktionary and in the Uzbek alphabet. Additionally, in Uzbek Wikipedia, we use the modifier letter turned comma, not the left single quotation mark, according to the rules of spelling and grammar. :)
