Description

Background

The Quicksurveys extension currently does not allow follow-up questions. In order to enhance our ability to collect actionable insights we need to be able to ask why a user feels safe/unsafe on wikis.

User Story

Requirements

  • When a user answers a question, a follow-up question is asked
  • The follow-up question can be any of the following type:
    • Single select
    • Multiple select
    • Free text form
    • Combination of single select + free text form
    • Combination of multiple select + free text form
