Currently, there's an abuse filter on plwiki that prevents people without editor group from publishing translated articles directly to the main namespace.
Please set $wgContentTranslationPublishRequirements to [ 'userGroups' => [ 'editor', 'sysop' ] ] so that it reflects the current configuration achieved using AF but in a less error-prone way.
