Reference Previews moved from Page-Previews to Cite and now that the code mainly responsible for it got deleted from the former, we want to check if the latter does what's needed.

Check if reference previews are shown when:

• You're an anonymous user
• You're logged in

Check if reference previews are disabled when:

• You're an anonymous user, disabling the feature in the dialog on the site
• You're logged in using the user preferences
