Description

As part of T362862: Provide two links from Special:Investigate to Special:InvestigateBlock (one for accounts and one for IPs), modifications are needed to to the ext.checkUser/investigate/blockform.js file. However, this is currently completely untested and it would be good to make some QUnit tests to verify the existing behaviour before modifications are made.
