I have 2 points in Abuse Filters - arwiki

1. While going through the abuse filter logs on Arabic Wikipedia, I found an important variable called "new_html". However, I noticed that a significant portion of this variable consists of CSS code. In fact, the CSS code occupies almost 30% - 50% of the "new_html" variable's size. I think that if there is a way to discard the CSS code from the "new_html" variable it would be beneficial. See the below image.

2. The other thing, In Arabic Wikipedia, the "new_html" variable does not have the WHOLE HTML code of a page. For example, when checking the logs, none of the "new_html" variable values have the HTML part of the categories. Is this a normal thing?
