Description

Gerrit iRC notifications always go to #wikimedia-operations. Changes made to MediaWiki should go to MediaWiki-General.

We should be able to customize which channel is used per project

This has been fixed, all gerrit-wm notifications that aren't sent to ops channels are now sent to MediaWiki-General by default.
