Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Go to fa:بحث:گویش بهبهانی
Notice the message at the top of the page (screenshot below)
Go to the page's history.
Notice the the last edits form two days ago (Apr 28) are by User:Karoon (screenshot below)
Also, notice that User:Mmojtabaa recently got renamed to User:Karoon (recently = on 28 Feb, two months and two days ago)

What happens?:
DiscussionTools shows the users *old* username in the message

What should have happened instead?:
DiscussionTools should show the users current username in the message

DiscussionTools uses whatever it finds in the signature; it doesn’t consult with the page history. The signature of the most recent comment looks like this:

[[کاربر:karooon|<font color="Blue" >'''کارون'''</font>]]<sup>[[بحث کاربر:Mmojtabaa#top|<font color="green"> گفتگو </font>]]</sup>  ‏۲۸ آوریل ۲۰۲۴، ساعت ۱۱:۳۹ (UTC)

– one link to کاربر:karooon and one to بحث کاربر:Mmojtabaa#top. DiscussionTools takes the last one, which happens to use the old user name. So the fix is the user fixing their signature to not use the old user name (and updating existing signatures by bot).
