Like the Gerrit integration currently does, it would be useful if Wikibugs messages linked to Phabricator tasks mentioned in GitLab MR bodies. For example https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/cloud/toolforge/api-gateway/-/merge_requests/17 is mentioned like this currently:

<wikibugs> (approved) aborrero: [oapi-spec] add oapi-server to gateway [repos/cloud/toolforge/api-gateway] - https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/cloud/toolforge/api-gateway/-/merge_requests/17

Even though the MR body mentions T362299.
