ambox.less currently contains two kinds of CSS.

1. Enables the gadget-like function of the popup/"display more info about this ambox".
2. Opinionated styles about how amboxes should display on mobile.

These should be split into two separate files to enable shutting one or another set of styles off. See previous discussion in T358078: Community discussion about hacks.less.
