Description:
I propose to track history of categories content (not history of the text in category page!). Now removing an article from the category it's the only unrecoverable action in MediaWiki - it's needed to be fixed.
There can be a problem with inclusion of a page through templates ("indirect inclusion"), it can be possibly tracked like "job queue" caching for template inclusion now.
