What happened?

I'm trying to run the queries that I run several times a day and instead get this error message:

"Access denied for user 'quarry'@'172.16.2.72' (using password: NO)"

This has happened before but I don't know how it was fixed. I logged out and logged back in but same problem.

What should have happened?

It should have run the queries like it does every day.
