Description

I noticed that the AdvertiseDetector tool is currently unavailable. When I attempt to access it, I see no source code or issue reports available.

Here's some information about the tool:

Tool Name: toolforge.advertisedetector

Url: https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/tools/id/advertisedetector

Tool Description: Tool uses machine learning to classify automatically whether an article should be marked as advertise

While I don't have access to the source code, I believe it's important to report this unavailability for further investigation. If possible, it would be helpful to know if the tool is undergoing maintenance or if there are any known issues.

Please provide clear and exact steps to reproduce where and what exactly makes you think that the tool is unavailable. Thanks!

This task currecntly lacks clear steps to reproduce why you think that there is an "outage" at all
