Remove NSString+WMFHTMLParsing from project

Description

Port functionality in NSString+WMFHTMLParsing to HtmlUtils in the Components framework.

Most of our HTML parsing is already going through HtmlUtils, except wmf_summaryFromText and the private methods it relies on.
