Not sure if this has already been reported but the Global Contributions page does not show the proper namespaces in the Page column.

See e.g. https://xtools.wmcloud.org/globalcontribs/Count%20Count

It has page titles such as Meta:Vandalismusmeldung instead of Wikipedia:Vandalismusmeldung for German Wikipedia, same for Englisch Wikpedia, ...

This also means that the links do not work either.
