Announce deprecation of wikibase-bundle

Description

Current Situation:

Up to our last release wmde.20 we released wikibase and wikibase-bundle, with different feature sets.

With the upcoming releases we decided to deprecate wikibase and rename wikibase-bundle to wikibase. So the wikibase image now carries all the functionality the bundle image had before.

Goal
Announce this change with the next release announcement.

  • deprecation and renaming is part of the release announcement

@danshick-wmde Sorry, totally forgot to mention that in our announcement meeting. I think we would need to add that to the announcements for the next releases. Let me know if you have any questions.
