Some instances are clearly existing simply to demonstrate or test certain functionality, ex. how a particular extension works. These are interesting to know about as they represent a valuable use-case, but they are not contributing valuable data to the ecosystem at large so should be excluded from aggregated metrics like total entities.

AC:

• create functionality to filter these instances out when appropriate
• add meta data re being test/demo instances to known test instances (see list below)
