The new contributor pipeline will include 4 metrics: monthly new active editors, monthly active editors, monthly new account registrations, and monthly active admins. In addition these metrics will include sub-metrics that will decompose them according to their presence in established vs developing wikis and the geographic region of the contributor (over represented region vs underrepresented region). This will involve updating the movement-metrics repo in the following ways:

• Create new queries for Monthly account registrations, active admins.
• Create new queries to segment new active editors and active editors into underrepresented regions and wiki language (developed vs emerging wikis).
• Edit existing .tsv files in /metrics to collect contributor metrics into a single .tsv so they are easily accessible. - # Plan and Create additional charts for new contributor pipeline.
• Retire any code/charts that will no longer be used.
