Remove groups from own account: parseinline

^^ for admins should be the Flood flag for example

Crats should be able to remove everything that they can grant.

Don't know what checkusers can remove. Not on en.wiki but is on foundation wiki too: https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Special:ListGroupRights.
