Go to the main page and scroll to the buttom:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

There you will find following Balkan "languages":

  • Bosanski (Bosnian)
  • Hrvatski (Croatian)
  • Srpski (Serbian)
  • Srpskohrvatski (Serbo-croatian)

Now enter the "picture of the day page" and view the language selection:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Slika_dana

  • This time the Serbocroatian is nowhere to be found.

This should be dealt with on-wiki. If you know the languages, you can add them. The language should be added to the template given in Bug 36547.
