"Published" is highlighted in grey after hovering or randomly

Description

In the "state" column, cells with "Published" state are randomly displayed in grey instead of green. They also consistently change to grey after hovering them to highlight the row.

That was Firefox but it's the same in Chromium and Opera (Ubuntu).

T104051 covers only half of the reported bug, but we can reopen this one if still reproduced after fixing T104051.

I duped that way because it has explanation of the issue. Cause is probable the same.
