Description

The variable 'wgCheckSerialized' is set in two different places with opposite 'default' values in the file 'InitialiseSettings.php':

'wgCheckSerialized' => array(

	'default' => true,

'wgCheckSerialized' => array(

	'default' => false,
	'testwiki' => false, // was true... 2008-10-24 brion

Surely this is a mistake...?
