Add overlay (fancybox) support for slideshow and carousel display

• Add a common resources directory /resources in order for other printers to use the same plug-in without having to copy all jquery files again
  • add jquery.fancybox
  • add jquery.easing

Parameter

Add new parameter:

• [overlay] = yes/no
